Andrew Garfield

Andrew Russell Garfield was born on the 20th of August 1983 in Los Angeles, California. Garfield is well-known for his roles in films including The Social Network (2010) The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) and Hacksaw Ridge (2016). Garfield began his professional performance career on stage prior to moving to the screen in 2005 with Sugar Rush. Garfield began his career acting in films with Mumbo Jumbo. The actor gained recognition for the role he played on The Social Network in 2010 and then in 2012 as Spider-Man, the adored character in the re-released version of the film, directed by Marc Webb. He is the father of American Richard Garfield and British Lynn Hillman and has an older brother who is named Ben. The year 2003 was the time the family moved to Surrey England. From an early age the actor began taking classes and participated in various school plays. The actor made his first foray into theatre at the Central School of Speech and Drama, London.
